The Story So Far
Pioppi Pizza began in 2015, after we decided that we wanted to start making pizza again the proper way in a wood fired oven. Having last been a Pizzaiolo thirteen years ago, the idea of mobile pizza oven was born and along came the Trailer.
In 2018 looking for something unique that would stand out 'Dennis' was born, a converted 1971 Dennis fire engine.
Our Beliefs
We believe that the best way to cook a pizza is in a wood fired oven using the best fresh ingredients. Starting with home made dough using a traditional Italian recipe from a family run pizzeria in Umbria.
